|Urgent! Let Us Help You
Dear Gas Free Seneca Supporter,
Please reply directly to Margie Rodgers: email@example.com
Gas Free Seneca has worked tirelessly for nearly three years to preserve and protect your health, safety, way of life, and business from large scale industrialization -and has not asked for much of you in return.
It is now time for all of you to help us help you, by making a donation to the Emergency Legal Defense Fundraiser. To the many supporters who have already responded to our first appeal with a generous donation, we send our utmost gratitude and appreciation.
To those of you who have not yet donated:
Gas Free Seneca was able to retain the legal services of world-renowned Earthjustice, who will fight to keep your business viable, to keep the Finger Lakes profitable for tourism, wineries, and agriculture, to protect you and your family from air, noise and light pollution, and to preserve the bucolic way of life that you hold dear. While their legal fees are pro bono, the highly technical nature of this case requires that we retain experts in geology, air quality, economics, etc. and this could cost upwards of $90,000.
Isn't this protection worth something to you? You have insurance protection against fire, theft, etc., right? Consider a donation to Gas Free Seneca an insurance premium that will protect all that you have worked for, and all that you value about Seneca Lake and the Finger Lakes.
We have a few volunteers who are trying to contact each of you individually, but why not simply reply to us directly and offer to donate an item, service, cash, or a portion of a day's profit to help us help you?
Please see the attached poster about the Fundraiser, a donation form, a gift certificate form in case you don't have one of your own, and the flyer about donating a portion of tasting room sales to Gas Free Seneca.
We would also love to have you join us on Thursday, August 22nd at Damiani Wine Cellars for the fantastic and fun event!
Thank you in advance for your support.
