Prayer Walk for a Gas Free Seneca

Prayer Walk for a Gas Free Seneca,
Friday, October 11-Monday, October 14,
7:30am gather; 8am start
Watkins Glen State Park
Rain or Shine
80 mIles around Seneca Lake
ďEvery step leaves a blessingĒ

Join us. If its a mile or two, an afternoon, or the entire journey, you are welcome and encouraged to come. (Contact information will be announced to our whereabouts each day, so you can join us on any of the days, at anytime.) Bring some prayers, chants, meditations-whatever feels right to share. (Walkers will receive further instructions by email.)

We would love food and water donations: Walkers would carry their own water containers so we would prefer no individual plastic water bottles, yet large water containers for refills would be great! And healthy snacks. And if you are really up to cooking, bringing us lunch or dinner would be a dream come true. (We arenít sure how many walkers we will have til it gets closer.)

Encourage us: Donate to Gas Free Seneca at

If you would like to join us, or help in some way, please contact Margie Rodgers at

Letís put our heart and soul into keeping Seneca Lake free of gas storage.
